A woman's been arrested - over shoplifting in Auckland's CBD and alleged attacks on several people

The 29-year-old's accused of stealing 100 dollars worth of groceries, and tussling with a security guard.

It's alleged she returned to the store and threw a bottle at the guard, and sliced him in his stomach with a broken shard.

Police say she then assaulted two officers, spitting at one - and kicking another.

She's been charged with theft, aggravated assault, wounding with intent to cause Grievous Bodily Harm - and two counts of assaulting police.
