Auckland Police have launched an investigation - after footage emerged of two uniformed police officers - trying a stripper's pole inside a private property

The home security footage - shared with the New Zealand Herald - shows the two officers twirling on the pole with the assistance of a woman. The footage is time stamped June 29 this year.

The officers appear to be smiling after their performances - as they pat a cat.
