A Christchurch teen's due in court today, accused of stabbing a dairy owner during an aggravated robbery in Opawa

A Christchurch teen's due in court today, accused of stabbing a dairy owner during an aggravated robbery in Opawa

Police were called to the Opawa Road store about 7am yesterday, finding the owner with serious injuries.

They say three offenders fled in a Toyota Mark X with the number plate NRP221.

District Commander Superintendent Tony Hill says a boy was arrested at a Woolston address seven hours later, and he's urging anyone with information to come forward.

More than six thousand dollars has already been raised for the dairy owner on Givealittle.
