    Police are appealing for help identifying a man who performed an indecent act on a walkway in Nelson


    It took place at Annesbrook Drive at about 8am on Wednesday May 11th.

    The man is of a medium build, aged in his 20's to 30's, has short dark hair and tanned skin.

    He was wearing dark coloured clothing and drove a black van with a large, fluffy, black dog inside.

    Anyone with information can contact police on 105.
