There will be no final-round red for Tiger Woods at the PGA Championship

Woods has withdrawn from the tournament after he had a career-high 79 in the third round at Southern Hills.

Woods limped his way around in the cold and wind, at one point making five straight bogeys.

This is the first time Woods has withdrawn from a major as a professional.

Chile's Mito Pereira has a three-stroke advantage atop the field, at nine-under shooting a one-under third round.



Ryan Fox is tied for 17th after a third-consecutive even-par round.
