    Two people have been charged with burglary, accused of breaking into a vacant restaurant in Auckland's Albany early today


    A security guard alerted Police to a possible break-in on Beach Road, before 3am.

    Senior Sergeant Tony Turner says officers found a man carrying a black suitcase filled with property - and another hiding in the restaurant.

    Two men, aged 58 and 46, will appear in Auckland District Court today.
