Police have restrained four Auckland properties worth a combined 36 million dollars - two years after a man died after unwittingly drinking a meth-laced Honey House Beer

Police have restrained four Auckland properties worth a combined 36 million dollars - two years after a man died after unwittingly drinking a meth-laced Honey House Beer

Civil proceedings launched this week against five people and one company.

A manslaughter and drug smuggling investigation was launched in March 2023 - when 21-year-old Aiden Sagala died after consuming the drink.

    Two people are serving time.

Since Sagala's death, Police have discovered residential and commercial properties across Whitford, Totara Heights, Karaka and Bombay - connected with meth smuggling and supply.
