Three drivers who didn't stop -- after fatally striking a pedestrian on Auckland's South-Western Motorway -- are being asked to come forward

Three drivers who didn't stop -- after fatally striking a pedestrian on Auckland's South-Western Motorway -- are being asked to come forward

Police say the pedestrian entered the northbound Dominion Road on-ramp about 1.30am.

Detective Senior Sergeant Kathy Bostock says no drivers stopped at the time, but it's important they do the right thing and contact them.

They'd also like dashcam footage from other vehicles.

Also in Auckland, one person is dead and four others have been seriously injured in an early morning crash on the Southern Motorway, and a pedestrian hurt in a collision in the CBD is in hospital.
