    An empty section in a sought-after Christchurch suburb has sold for just over 1.5 million dollars


    OneRoof reports the 582-square-metre plot on Merivale's Cox Street had an RV of 1.16 million dollars.

    Harcourts listing agent, John Fulton says the sale price is the highest per square metre in the area for some time.
