    Niraj Prasad has been found guilty of murder in the Christchurch High Court


    The 39 year old killed Faiz Ali, Prasad's ex-wife's new partner, in a hammer attack, in February last year.

    The jury took just one hour to find Prasad guilty - family and supporters were in tears after the verdict was delivered.

    Prasad will be sentenced in May.
