Calls on the public to help locate Christchurch's table top thief

Calls on the public to help locate Christchurch's table top thief

A large piece of Macrocarpa's been stolen from Richmond's adventure playground.

It was part of a project by students of Banks Avenue School to re-vitalise the red-zone.

Avon-Otakaro network manager Hayley Guglietta says the kids just want their picnic table back - no questions asked.

She says the community is devastated another project has been damaged - after the new Medway Street footbridge was vandalised last week.
