    Sleep health has been in the spotlight in Dunedin this week


    Sleep scientists, physicians, and researchers have at the Sleep in Aotearoa Conference, sharing knowledge in an effort to improve sleep health.

    New Zealand Australasian Sleep Association President Barbara Galland says sleep affects everything, and understanding it is important.

    She says it's becoming a growing concern, particularly after Covid where mental health and sleep issues saw lots of ties.
