    Two people are in hospital with serious injuries after they were hurt in separate incidents while celebrating St Patrick's Day in Dunedin


    About 2pm, a 19-year-old man fell from a roof of a Castle Street flat, sustaining back injuries.

    Just hours later, the ODT reports St John also received a call to another serious incident in Park Street.

    They transported one person with serious injuries to Dunedin Hospital.

    Earlier today Police and fire were called to a couch fire in a Castle St flat.
