A large farm shed fire in Dunedin's Green Island area - has now been contained

Loud booms were heard as the building went up in flames, sending rolling smoke across the area.

Four trucks, three tankers, and one rural fire truck were sent to the scene.

Fire and Emergency have confirmed the blaze was brought under control just before 6 .
