A Dunedin man's in custody accused of assaulting a bus driver and biting a Police officer while resisting arrest

Police are asking the driver to get in touch - after they were called to reports of disorder at the bus hub about 10pm yesterday.

They say the 28-year-old bit an officer in the leg in the cells, and later performed an indecent act.

He's facing charges including assault - and is due in court today.
