A new teammate looms for Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton next season

Valtteri Bottas is leaving Mercedes and joining Alfa Romeo on a "multi-year deal".

He has won nine grands prix with the team, since replacing Nico Rosberg in 2017.

Bottas is likely to be replaced by George Russell, currently of Williams.
