Formula One driver Sebastian Vettel believes Michael Schumacher will remain the sport's greatest even if Lewis Hamilton cracks eight titles this weekend

Formula One driver Sebastian Vettel believes Michael Schumacher will remain the sport's greatest even if Lewis Hamilton cracks eight titles this weekend

Hamilton and Schumacher currently hold a record seven titles apiece, but the Mercedes driver can move clear if he outscores Red Bull's Max Verstappen at this weekend's season ending Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi.

Hamilton insists a potential eighth title would be the best of his career given the thrilling battle he and Verstappen have had in 2021.

Vettel, however, calls Schumacher his hero and believes she will still be untouchable as the best in the sport's history, even if Hamilton went on to add to his haul.
