    The Northern Brave have emerged victors over the Auckland Aces in their men's Super Smash Twenty20 at Eden Park


    The Brave, set 166 to win, were spearheaded by Joe Carter with an unbeaten 75 off 53 while Colin de Grandhomme made a half-century.

    The women's Brave side have lost by 48 runs to Auckland.
