Black Caps speedster Adam Milne's switching his domestic cricket allegiances to Wellington

Black Caps speedster Adam Milne's switching his domestic cricket allegiances to Wellington

Milne joins the Firebirds for the upcoming summer after 13 years at the Central Stags, through an injury-plagued career.

Cricket Wellington's Director of Cricket Bruce Edgar says Milne's experience is ideal to replace the retired Hamish Bennett.

The Firebirds have also recruited batsman Nick Kelly from Otago, while Tim Robinson's earned a contract for the first time.

Jamie Gibson has been omitted from the contract list for this season.
