A passenger and crew member have been injured during turbulence on an Air New Zealand flight into Queenstown

A passenger and crew member have been injured during turbulence on an Air New Zealand flight into Queenstown

Ambulances were called to meet Flight 607 from Wellington yesterday afternoon - and Hato Hone St John says two people had moderate injuries.

Chief Operational Integrity and Safety Officer, Captain David Morgan, says clear-air turbulence occurs from time-to-time - and crews are trained to respond.
