A woman's dead and a man's in a critical condition after a shark attack off the New South Wales coast

Emergency services were called to a remote beach north of Newcastle, about 6.30am.
The woman died at the scene, and the man was flown to hospital, both believed to be in their twenties.
Local Surf Life Saving Chief Executive Steve Pearce told Sky News they now have drones in the air.
He says they're surveilling the area to make sure there are no other creatures in the water,
He says all nearby beaches are closed, and Police are investigating.
