State Highway 1 through Northland's Brynderwyn Hills is back in action

State Highway 1 through Northland's Brynderwyn Hills is back in action

The Northland road has been closed for four months, for critical upgrades due to storm damage.

NZTA Project Director Mark Ware says there will be some temporary speed limits as further work is required - primarily around 50 kilometres an hour.

He asks for people to drive to the conditions if it's raining, and be considerate of other motorists in the corridor.
