    Rotorua Police have charged a second person over a motorbike hit-and-run almost two weeks ago, that killed 24-year-old Paige Johnson


    A 31-year-old man's already been charged with manslaughter, and a 55-year-old man's now due in court today.

    Police say he also faces additional charges unrelated to the crash, including unlawful possession of ammunition.
