    Wellington fire crews are battling to extinguish a house fire in Paraparaumu


    Emergency services were called to the address just after 8pm.

    Fire and Emergency New Zealand say all people are now accounted for, and the blaze is under control.

    Police, ambulance, and a fire investigator are on site, and there is no threat to other buildings.
