Kaikoura property owners will soon receive new three-yearly rating valuations

Kaikoura property owners will soon receive new three-yearly rating valuations

Independent Valuers, QV, have prepared the updated figures for all near three-thousand-200 properties in the district, on the local council's behalf.

The average house value in Kaikoura has risen by nearly 22-percent since 2021, to 738-thousand dollars.

QV Registered Valuer, Brendon McCurley says the majority of properties will see a value increase -- mostly due to growth in late 2021, early 2022.
