Fonterra's boss says the company is on the home straight - when it comes to debt and earnings

    Fonterra
    Fonterra
It's reported a 659-million-dollar net profit for the 2019/2020 season, after a 605-million-dollar loss last year.

The co-op's paying a final dividend of five cents per share and its farmgate milk price is seven-dollars-14 per kilogram of milk solids.

Fonterra chief executive Miles Hurrell says they have a couple of asset sales that are still progressing - and he feels good about the momentum they've got on their earnings.
