The Black Sox take to the diamond this afternoon as the much delayed softball World Cup gets underway in Auckland

The Black Sox take to the diamond this afternoon as the much delayed softball World Cup gets underway in Auckland

The tournament was originally set down for last February, before being Covid-postponed to this February but it was again pushed back.

Captain Cole Evans is excited for the tournament, hoping to replicate the successes of the team from when it was last hosted here.

    First pitch is at 1.30.
