History made, and now a packed domestic season ahead for Kiwi sprinter Zoe Hobbs

She scorched home for a national 100 metre record of 11.21 seconds at the Potts Classic, beating her previous best of 11.27.

Hobbs will compete in Wellington's Capital Classic in a fortnight, before the Sir Graham Douglas International in late February.

She starts the summer at full tilt.
