He's claimed his third yellow jersey via a final time trial from Monaco to Nice.
Pogacar won the 3498-kilometre race by six minutes and 17 seconds from Jonas Vingegaard .
He says the sport's current crop of riders brims with talent.
Pogacar also referencing Remco Evenepoel and Primoz Roglic .
