Greater Wellington Regional Council's debt has officially ticked over one billion dollars

Greater Wellington Regional Council's debt has officially ticked over one billion dollars

Chair Daran Ponter says investment is needed, particularly in water infrastructure, and sometimes that requires debt funding.
