Auckland Airport will be offering up 1.4 billion dollars worth of additional shares in an effort to raise money

Auckland Airport
It will use the money to drive down debt and for its 6.6 billion dollar upgrade.
Herald Business Journalist Madison Reidy says that extra money will come in handy for the airport.
She says 2.2 billion dollars will be spent on the domestic terminal.
