Cocoa prices remain more than double the historical average - driving up the cost of chocolate eggs this Easter Weekend

Rabobank analyst Paul Joules says the market's volatile and it's forcing companies to make their products more expensive.

He says while prices have cooled since last year, they are still very high.

Cocoa currently cost eight-thousand US dollars a tonne rather than the normal three-thousand.
