Up for sale Cardrona Hotel is sitting in Trade Me's most viewed properties this year, and is expected to keep climbing

The property's had around 85-thousand clicks - still not as many as Christchurch's so-called "Ark" shaped house.

Trade Me Property Spokesperson Casey Wilde says Cardrona Hotel could rank number one in the coming weeks.

She says compared to other most click properties - this one has only been on the market for a week.
