Three more new projects ... being funnelled into the Government's RMA fast-track consenting process

Three more new projects ... being funnelled into the Government's RMA fast-track consenting process

They're a wind farm in the Tararua Ranges, and housing projects in Auckland and Queenstown.

Acting Prime Minister Grant Robertson says the wind farm venture ... is a re-development and expansion of an existing site

He says the project involves removing 97 two-blade turbines, and installing 30 new three-bladers -- creating 197 jobs.

It takes the number of projects to go through this process to 50.
