    News Talk ZB Sport -

New Zealand Breakers owner Matt Walsh expects the rejigged Australian NBL season to have little effect on the competition in the near future.

The NBL is set to start a month later than usual to avoid clashing with the October NRL and AFL finals.

Walsh says pushing the season back won't effect the following offseason or campaign.

Crusaders CEO Colin Mansbridge is optimistic crowds will be allowed into their first home game of Super Rugby Aotearoa on June 28.

He says there's been good word coming from the Government around moving to alert level one on June 22.

Mansbridge says Covid's set to make tickleting more digital.
