Another defeat for the Warriors in league's NRL..

Another defeat for the Warriors in league's NRL..

The Knights have clinched a 14 to 8 victory in Newcastle - .

In what was a scrappy encounter in wet conditions - the hosts led 8-6 at halftime, before the Warriors levelled the scores with a penalty midway through the second stanza.

But a 62nd-minute try to Daniel Saifiti put Newcastle back in front - and they were able to hold on in the face of sizeable pressure in the closing stages.

The Warriors are now winless in their last four matches - and also lost second-rower Kurt Capewell to a leg injury in the first half.
