Expect the Tactix to be fired up with the looming departure of their head coach at the end of the ANZ Premiership campaign

Expect the Tactix to be fired up with the looming departure of their head coach at the end of the ANZ Premiership campaign

That's the view of Mystics captain Michaela Sokolich-Beatson ahead of this afternoon's contest in Christchurch.

Tactix coach Marianne Delaney-Hoshek will call time on her seven-year tenure in charge at the conclusion of the season.

Sokolich-Beatson says the Mystics have been in a similar position, referencing former skipper Sulu Fitzpatrick's retirement last year.

    Centre pass is shortly.
