    Lydia Ko last-ditch attempt to get into a share of the lead late at the LPGA's event in Arizona has only narrowly failed


    Ko tried to hole out for eagle on her final hole from long range before it hit the flag stick and lipped out



    She finished at 18-under and is tied for seventh - the lead has now moved to 21-under late in the tournament.

    Ryan Fox finished 15th at the PGA Tour event in Houston.
