A long-awaited Super Rugby milestone looms for Crusaders flanker Ethan Blackadder

A long-awaited Super Rugby milestone looms for Crusaders flanker Ethan Blackadder

The 14-test All Black will bring up his 50th game for the franchise in a return from a hamstring strain against the Brumbies tomorrow night in Canberra.

Blackadder made his Crusaders debut back in 2018, but has struggled for consistent selection due to a catalogue of injuries.

He admits it's been a bit of a slog.

Blackadder's been named on the blindside for the first time this season, with Tom Christie retained in the seven jersey.
