A shock result for Jannik Sinner at the Halle Open in Germany

A shock result for Jannik Sinner at the Halle Open in Germany

Alexander Bublik has stunned the Italian at the grass court tournament - coming back from a set down to win through to the quarter finals.

The two met at the French Open where Bublik only managed to win just six games in a straight sets defeat.

The result ends a 66-match winning streak for Sinner against opponents ranked outside the top 20.

French Open champion Coco Gauff also suffered a surprise loss in her first match on grass this season, losing in straight sets to China's Wang Xinyu at the Berlin Open.
