    Former Black Cap James Franklin will join the Australian cricket side as an assistant coach for the third test and the T20 matches in the West Indies next month


    Meanwhile fellow assistant and former New Zealand international Daniel Vettori will head home to attend a family matter.

    He'll be replaced by Adam Griffith ahead of test one next week.
