    Bay of Plenty loose forward Joe Johnston is touting young wing Kele Lasaqa as one to watch


    The speedy 23-year-old flew past flailing defenders to score a try in the Steamers' 27-7 win over the Tasman Mako, advancing to next weekend's NPC semi final.

    Johnston says it's been impressive to watch Lasaqa in his debut season for the Steamers.



    Bay of Plenty will likely be away to Otago in the semis IF top seed Canterbury beat Counties-Manukau this afternoon to set up a Top 4 showdown against Hawkes Bay.
