    All Blacks lock Fabian Holland believes his team can only grow after his first year as a test player


    Holland was awarded World Rugby breakthrough player of the year for his efforts, playing all bar one of the side's tests this year.

    He says once you get a taste of test footy, you want to keep going.



    The All Blacks handily defeated Wales 52-26 in Cardiff.
