    Golfer Ryan Fox has commended his playing group after their opening round at the Australian PGA Championship


    He played alongside locals Adam Scott and Elvis Smylie - with the world number 41 posting a four-under par 67 to sit in a tie for the clubhouse lead.

    Fox says he was comfortable.



    Fox's second round begins at 3.40pm.

    Sebastian Garcia holds the on-course lead at seven-under par through 15 holes before lightning suspended play.
