Benfica football fans are celebrating a dramatic Champions League group stage finish

Benfica football fans are celebrating a dramatic Champions League group stage finish

The side led Real Madrid 3-2 in stoppage time, but required one more goal to move from 25th to 24th on goal difference to advance to the play-off round.

Enter an unlikely hero... Anatoliy Trubin on DAZN.

The loss denied Real Madrid a top-eight spot, which guarantees direct entry into the round-of-16.

Five English clubs have advanced in that fashion - Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester City.

They're joined by Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Sporting Lisbon.
