Black Caps pace bowler Tim Southee says it was a childhood dream to represent New Zealand, but now's the right time to bow out of test cricket

Black Caps pace bowler Tim Southee says it was a childhood dream to represent New Zealand, but now's the right time to bow out of test cricket

The 35-year-old will retire following the upcoming home series against England in December... unless New Zealand qualify for the World Test Championship final in June.

The All Blacks will wear their alternate white jerseys against France on Sunday morning, for the first time in three years.

The last time they wore the white strip was their last stand-alone test against France.

Hooker Codie Taylor says it's still an All Blacks jersey - and that's all that matters to them.

The Silver Ferns are staring at an empty January test window... with a six-month gap in their calendar with no Nations Cup and a shortened ANZ Premiership.
