Penrith coach Ivan Cleary's reacted to the success of two of his former assistant coaches while his team languishes down the ladder in league's NRL

The Panthers will face the Andrew Webster-coached Warriors at Mt Smart tomorrow night followed by the Cameron Ciraldo-coached Bulldogs on Thursday.

Both were his former assistants and currently have their sides in the top four, while the Panthers are back in ninth.

Cleary's been asked if he takes pride in their success.
