Dairy farmers are being urged to get ready for Omicron

Dairy farmers are being urged to get ready for Omicron

Dairy NZ chief executive Tim Mackle says the variant's infectiousness ... means it's likely farm teams could be impacted.

He says the organisation's website has a planning template farmers can use.

Mackle says teams should get together and talk about how to look after staff and their households.

He says farms should discuss steps to reduce infection.
