Further calls for the overhaul of Oranga Tamariki

Whanau Ora's released a new report into the Government agency, including details of an uplift involving 14 armed Police, with no warning.

Dame Naida Glavish , who chaired the governance group overseeing the review, says the inquiry's shone light on state agency collusion, abuse of power and racial profiling.

She says the volume of evidence proves something is systematically wrong.

Dame Naida says she's grateful to whanau who had the courage to stand up and speak their truth.
