New Zealanders are hoarding over one-thousand dollars worth of unworn clothing in their closets

New Zealanders are hoarding over one-thousand dollars worth of unworn clothing in their closets

This figure, from an Uber funded survey, marks a three-year high.

Uber and the Red Cross are teaming up later this month for their third annual clothing drive.

New Zealand Red Cross Director of Retail Talei Kitchingman says people want to donate, but it's tricky to find time.

She says people are busy, so this collaboration aims to give people convenience.
